• Keyboards
• Mice
• Backup CDs
• Security Software (McAfee Etc)

When you call customer care, they will verify your order and send out the missing parts to you at no additional cost. Dell should also pay for shipping charges.

Remember to always ask for your case number and referrence (DPS) number and the agents name so that the next time you call in, you have all the information to give the next rep.
